meet the thompson's

As president and CEO, Peter is responsible for all operations within Lean Construction Services. He has held this title since 1985 when his father Theodore Thompson opened the Ontario branch and continued the family business under Ross & Anglin Ontario.  Peter has his Gold Seal in project management and estimating as well as his construction engineering technology education from Dawson College. With over 35 years of experience as an owner in the construction industry, Peter possess a wealth of deep industry knowledge and is proud to be working side by side with his sons, Tyler, Chad and Jordan, to continue in the companies leadership role. When it comes to construction - he's seen it or done it all.

Tyler is responsible for our construction operations including estimating and project execution. Tyler completed his construction engineering technology diploma at Fanshawe college, he is a certified Gold Seal Estimator, and he has a Certificate of Management in Lean Construction. As a leader at Lean Construction Services, Tyler brings the team together and works tirelessly at improving how we do our work. Tyler has over 10+ years of construction management experience with a forward-looking vision that leverages technology to increase workforce efficiency and help maximize customer value. 

 Chad is responsible for our business administration including marketing, finance, and technology. Chad has a BA in business finance from Lake Forest College in IL and his certificate in commercial real estate development from the University of Washington. With a background in big data and analytics Chad has implemented new technology at LCS to help enhance and streamline our information processing. Additionally: he has his green belt in Lean | Six Sigma, a Certificate of Management in Lean Construction, and serves on the committee for the Lean Construction Institute of Canada representing General Contractors. 

  As the VP of Industrial Construction, Jordan is responsible for all: millwrighting, rigging, steel erection and fabrication. Jordan is a Red Seal Millwright and a Welding Supervisor; he has his Gold Seal in Mechanical Project Management and a certificate of management in Lean Construction. As the leader of our Industrial division, Jordan draws on his extensive site experience and knowledge of mechanical projects and structural steel fabrication, detailing and erection that has given him the ability to be able to work with other trades to help plan and coordinate all site activities. Jordan recently joined LCS in 2021 after working for a year and a half in San Antonio, Texas where he was the Construction Management Consultant for an OEM for a major car manufacturer. He is looking forward to being able to support the construction activities and be able to provide true turn key solutions to customers. From construction to equipment installation and commissioning.
